To do exercise regularly is good for our health. I do exercise at the club three times for a week now. When I entered college, I thought I wouldn’t join a sporting club. But I began to think I wanted to do some exercise later. After that, I joined the football club with my friends. Since I started a sport, I feel to keep myself in good condition.
And it is also important to take care for eating habits. Because I began living alone, eating habits is apt to lean. So I want to take care to have a balanced meal and aim at eating vegetables.
The most important thing is to understand my health. For example, going to a regular medical examination. If I continue to keep healthy, I think I’ll enjoy variety things.

Overweight & Obesity in Australia
The number of overweight or obese people is increasing slightly in Australia. From graph, two-thirds of men and over half of women in the 45 to 60 age group are overweight or obese, especially. I think that if overweight or obese people increase, people who suffer from health problems will increase at once.
Look at the graph about perceptions of weight in 2004 to 2005. You will find that 60% of males and 50% of females are overweight or obese. But about half of males who overweight or obese don’t perceive them overweight. Compare to males, about two-thirds of obese females recognize. I think if they don’t understand themselves, it is linked to serious health problems. Also, “inactivity is one of the main reasons to increase overweight or obese people” says Professor (Queensland University of Technology - QUT) Gavin Turrell. He says “Being inactive increase the risk of obesity, chronic disease, heart disease, diabetes come cancers, arthritis and depression.”
So I think it is important for overweight people to keep on doing exercise regularly and to eat healthy food. I also think it is important to understand themselves about health.
